For the very first time in Malaysia, LumiAir – A Cirque Sensation finally made its much anticipated debut at Amphitheatre, Sunway Lagoon thrilling audiences from all ages throughout its two-hour performance.

The production featured grand cirque style sequences using big apparatus for spectacular tricks in the air and was drama-filled with breath-taking acrobatic ballet scenes, leaving everyone at the edge of their seats. The show also captivated the audience with scenes featuring lighting and magical illusions, as well as intertwined it with humorous breaks by the performers, leaving behind an unforgettable experience for everyone.

LumiAir – A Cirque Sensation is produced by Susan Porett, who carries with her 20 years of experience in various live shows and theatre entertainment. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry comes from years of travelling the world as both performer and producer.

“Though this is our first collaboration with Sunway Lagoon, we are excited to have learnt that our first eight shows are already sold-out, as we gear up to go on stage and entertain Malaysians for the first-time. Choreographing the entire production is current World Aerobics champion, Anthony Ikin, whose extensive experience ranges from soloist at Paris’ Moulin Rouge, to being a choreographic consultant for Gymnastics Australia. For LumiAir, Anthony will combine his expertise with Daniella Winter, a past choreographer for Australia’s Got Talent to truly make for a spectacular performance.

This year-end, Sunway Lagoon has a treat for just about everyone, family and friends, when its Amphitheatre will come alive with the much anticipated LumiAir – A Cirque Extraordinaire. 

Held for the first time in Malaysia, the production is a must-attend show which features something for everyone including grand cirque style sequences using big apparatus for
spectacular tricks in the air and drama with breathtaking acrobatic ballet scenes that touch

Congratulations to the winners of my Nights of Fright 2giveaway! I hope you are as excited as me to join Malaysia’s biggest and scariest Festival of Fear this Halloween. There are over 25 terrifying scare attractions and rides including Pontianak theater of fear, Shanghai street, Scream coaster, The Zombie apocalypse, The mummy's revenge and many more.

Sunway Lagoon commenced a Scare School™ at studio @Amphitheatre for the talented casts of the Nights of Fright 2 last weekend, and I was happy to join them for a fun morning.

The Scare School™ was mainly led by Dominic who flew from Portugal to Malaysia especially for Nights of Fright 2. He shared some basic scare tactics with us.

Are you ready for Malaysia’s biggest and scariest event? Nights of Fright is back for even more nights, more frights, more fear and more scares! Nights of Fright 2: Festival of Fear returns to Sunway Lagoon this October 2014. Are you excited and eager to join already?!

Having its Opening Fright on Friday, 17 October 2014, the park will come alive with a kaleidoscope of petrifying and spooky characters, inhabiting a variety of horror mazes, rides and attractions for six fun and fright-filled nights.
